Our engineering team solves one of the most important problems of the modern economy - connecting great people with great jobs. We believe this problem can only be solved with technology, and we developed a software platform that has supported over 100 M job seekers to date (with 5 M joining every month). We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to help us build the next chapter of that vision.
We designed our R& D structure based on the empowered product teams model. It means our teams are responsible for business outcomes and have autonomy in solving problems in the way that “customers love yet work for the business” (yes, we are heavily influenced by this and this ).
The graphic interface of our system is based on micro frontends architecture that consists of dozens of applications built using modern technologies: Angular, React, and Node.js. Shared pieces of the system are built using web components. We have a strong CI/CD culture, and we currently run 40 production deployments per engineer per month.
Important: the position is available only under a standard contract of employment with 80% of tax deductible cost.
What you’ll deliver:
Lead projects: you will plan and own DS and accessibility initiatives across product teams.
Discover opportunities: you will interview frontend engineers and designers to identify gaps in the design system, accessibility workflow, and shared UI infrastructure.
Work autonomously: you will take open-ended platform problems, shape them into actionable plans, and deliver improvements without waiting for detailed direction.
Get and stay in sync: you will communicate early and often with engineering and design partners to maintain alignment on components, patterns, and standards.
Author technical documents: you will produce clear documentation for components, guidelines, accessibility workflows, and contribution models as part of your daily work.
Set direction: you will influence technical decisions, evolve the design system, and raise the bar for accessibility and shared UI quality.
Support and mentor: you will help engineers adopt consistent patterns, improve accessibility, and use the design system effectively through pairing, guidance, and structured knowledge sharing across teams.
Cross-disciplinary collaboration: you will partner closely with Design, Product, and Technologists to align specifications, patterns, and standards with broader company goals.
Evolve the system: you will apply system thinking to refine components, workflows, and governance as the product and organization grow.
