Support for the implementation of an ESM system based on Service Now – requirements analysis, process mapping, configuration of forms and workflows, process and test documentation.
Your roles and responsibilites
Analyzing business and technical requirements
Mapping processes and creating BPMN models
Configuring forms, workflows, and routing rules for requests
Preparing configuration and test documentation
Supporting end users during the implementation phase
Participating in workshops and Q&A sessions
Collaborating with architects on the configuration of CMDB and knowledge bases
What we expect
At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and implementing ITSM/ESM systems
Knowledge of Service Now, including configuration, forms, workflows, and request management
Experience implementing Service Now in large-scale organizations (2000+ employees)
Good understanding of ITIL (minimum Foundation)
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and analytical thinking
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

We will invite you for a phone interview, followed by a technical interview, which takes place remotely. A project qualification stage is also possible, where we can ask you to attend a client meeting or coding session.
The interview takes place remotely and lasts about an hour. You will meet with a recruiter and one or two technical leaders who will verify your technical knowledge and ask you to solve recruitment tasks.
We always try to accommodate your needs. Most often we make appointments in the morning (8:00-9:00) or afternoon (15:00-16:00).
