This role focuses on monitoring and enhancing employees' digital experiences by configuring, maintaining, and utilizing this tool to collect detailed data on digital work environment performance. The SME identifies issues affecting user experience and provides actionable insights to boost overall productivity and satisfaction.## **YOUR TASKS*** Configure and optimize Sys Track to support business requirements and ensure accurate monitoring of the digital work environment.* Continuously fine‑tune Sys Track settings to enhance data quality, performance insights, and user experience visibility.* Troubleshoot Sys Track‑related issues and provide support to end users, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolution.* Monitor the health and performance of existing devices to proactively identify and address issues affecting employee experience.* Document processes, create knowledge articles, and automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency and consistency.* Collaborate with internal teams to translate Sys Track insights into actionable improvements for productivity, system stability, and user satisfaction.## **YOUR PROFILE*** **Expert knowledge of the Sys Track suite**, including components such as DEX Pack, Proactive Hardware Monitoring, Campaigns, and building collection extensions.* **Experience in configuring and fine‑tuning Sys Track** to monitor user interactions, system performance, digital environment health, and other data as required.* **Proficiency in Power Shell scripting and automation frameworks** to design, implement, and manage automated workflows.* **Windows Server/Desktop Administration:** Strong experience administering Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems.* **SQL Skills:** Ability to work with SQL for database management and data analysis.* **Solution Design & Architecture:** Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting technical solutions.* **Automation Opportunities:** Ability to lead initiatives to identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities across the organization.* **Data Integration:** Skills in integrating Sys Track data with other systems and tools to provide comprehensive insights.* **Communication Skills:** Effective communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders and supporting team members in understanding Sys Track‑related data.* **Well-being culture:** medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
