We are seeking the Social Media & Community Team Lead to join the Brand and Communications department. The person will be responsible for shaping and driving Displate’s organic social media strategy while fostering a thriving community around our brand. This role balances creative leadership with analytical acumen, ensuring our presence on social platforms not only captivates our audience but also aligns with broader brand and business objectives.

What will you do?
- Leading and mentoring the Social Media & Community team of 4 specialists to deliver high-quality results and achieve goals across our top channels - such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Discord, Twitter or You Tube.
- Design and implement yearly and quarterly social media and brand marketing strategies that align with Displate’s goals and positioning.
- Build and further nurture the Displate community of over 4.5 M followers across the whole world, with focus on the US.
- Set and track KPIs to measure performance of Displate’s social media channels and ensure ongoing optimization.
- Present detailed performance reports with actionable insights and analyses of both your daily work and major campaigns.
- Collaborate across teams (Brand, Performance, Creative) to align social media efforts with broader projects and campaigns.
- Oversee content themes development, scheduling, and publishing across all platforms.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and platforms to keep Displate at the forefront of digital culture.
- Co-design brand influencer collaborations to boost visibility and reach on all channels.
- Assign roles, set clear expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations for the team members. Recruit, onboard, and mentor - fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

General expectations:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Expertise in developing and executing multi-platform social media strategies , aligned with brand goals and audience engagement.
- Proven track record of managing teams of 2+ members , including mentoring, providing constructive feedback and recruiting.
- Deep understanding of content planning, scheduling, and optimizing messaging for Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, You Tube, and more.
- Success in creating and managing online communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit), including moderating discussions and fostering interactions.
- Ability to set up and manage paid social campaigns , including audience targeting, budgeting, and analyzing performance.
- Proficiency in analytics and social media tools like Google Analytics, Napoleoncat, and native platform insights.
- Experience in researching, negotiating, and managing collaborations with influencers and brand partners .
- Familiarity with project management platforms for workflow organization, task delegation, and campaign planning.
- Full professional fluency in English - both written and spoken. You will work with an international team and oversee the quality of copywriting on our social media channels so you need to feel comfortable communicating in English.
- Personal interest and/or professional experience in pop culture and the entertainment industry is not a must but a big plus!
