Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly technical professional to join the Business Technology (BT) organization. An
Out Systems Solution Architect
creates the overall technical vision for a specific Out Systems solution to a business problem. They design, describe, and manage the solution. In many ways, this person builds the bridge between a business problem and the technology solution and outlines each of the phases and requirements required to make that solution work.
Essential Functions
Solution Design and Development:
Design and guide the development of innovative, globally scalable, efficient and secure Out Systems solutions such as financial, logistics or manufacturing applications within Bunge. Design, debug, and monitor performance of these solutions.
Technical leadership:
Providing technical leadership to Out Systems teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation and Communication:
Documenting and sharing knowledge on best practices for Out Systems in the new solutions.
Proof-of-Concept and Validation.
Developing Po C’s to validate your proposed solutions. Bring a new and alternative perspective when reviewing and validating designs from other team members.
Follow and adhere to Architecture principles.
Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles, integration patterns and security guidelines.
Requirements
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience required, computer science degree preferred.
11+ year of experience in developing large scale, global solutions and leveraging methodologies such Agile, Scrum and Dev Sec Ops.
5+ years of experience required in a similar architectural position within the
Out Systems
technology stack, knowledge of Out Systems ODC considered a plus.
Ability to manage own work and coach and review the work of others.
Strong teamwork skills, able to provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
Demonstrated experience in analysis of alternatives and presenting to stakeholders for buy-in and consensus.
Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and modern application security principles.
A drive and willingness to keep learning architecture, technologies and methodologies that are new in the market.
Have a keen eye on details. Your solution designs must be well balanced between workable, pragmatic and future proof.
Strong knowledge on data modelling in Outsystems, event-driven flows, asynchronous processing, and dependency management.
Other Requirements
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
English spoken at a level that allows discussions and engagement in advanced technical dialogue, is required.
Second language of Spanish and/or Portuguese is considered a plus.
