• Manage and dispatch drivers for all freight types
• Communicate effectively with drivers, serving as their primary point of contact
• Track and trace loads to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with Load Planners
• Optimize freight assignment for profitability, customer satisfaction, and driver retention
• Manage driver KPIs (mileage, home-time, maintenance, safety)
• Resolve conflicts and create solutions for drivers

Nasze wymagania

• Minimum 2 years of experience in OTR dispatching within the USA logistics industry
• Thorough understanding of DOT regulations and hours of service rules
• Proficiency in using transportation management software and load boards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of US geography and major transportation routes
• Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and practices
