The successful candidate will take ownership of sourcing for contract manufacturing services and specialist finished cell categories across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on long-term value creation, strategic supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities of the Strategic Buyer – Contract Manufacturing Services: Lead sourcing strategies for external packaging operations and finished cell categories (including Silver Oxide and Hearing Aid Cells)Develop category roadmaps aligned with supply assurance, cost, quality, service, innovation, and sustainability goals Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and R&D teams to support operational and strategic procurement initiatives Analyze internal data and market insights to drive fact-based decision-making and supplier negotiations Participate in cross-functional cost-saving projects and provide forecasting inputs for budgeting and business reviews Build and maintain productive supplier relationships and vendor performance monitoring Drive procurement excellence through process improvement, compliance, and policy development Candidate profile:5+ years of Procurement experience, ideally in manufacturing, consumer goods, or technical product environments Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier management Strong negotiation skills across both strategic partnerships and competitive bidding processes Analytical mindset with confidence in handling complex datasets and drawing action able insights Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix organization with multiple priorities Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership and responsiveness What's on offer: Opportunity to join a globally recognized organization with a strong focus on innovation and quality High-impact role with regional scope and strategic responsibilities Collaborative procurement culture with clear career growth potential Hybrid working model (some presence in a European office required, depending on location)Competitive salary and benefits package If you are interested in applying for this Strategic Buyer - Contract Manufacturing Services role, please register your interest using the link below.
