You will join us on afull time, permanent basisand in return, you will receive acompetitive salary of 16000 PLN – 22000 PLN gross per month based on experience, plus benefits. Why us? Join our IT Operations team, as a Systems Engineer. This role entails day-to-day operational support and active participation in technical projects. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the stability and availability of our systems, ensuring seamless business operations. Your responsibilities as our Systems Engineer will include: Management and monitoring of Azure Cloud and on-premise environment. Installing and maintaining Windows on Virtual servers, VMware infrastructure and public clouds). Support of IT Systems in a Microsoft client/server environment through ITIL based service management process. Troubleshooting of operational incidents, resolving problem tickets, and providing technical advice to various IT teams. Monitoring and support of the company network infrastructure, by managing and configuring access layer switches and wireless access points. Management and implementation of configuration changes to Active Directory such as Schema changes, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other AD related tasks. Management and support of Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams, etc. Collaboration with peers and external suppliers to enhance service maturity and efficiency and optimize service delivery. Provision of technical support to projects, and transitioning services into production with full handover to internal BAU or external supplier. Adherence to all agreed standards, principles, procedures, and security policies. Creation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, and service related documentation which include service descriptions, administration guides, user guides, knowledge base articles, handover documents. Essential knowledge and experience: Windows Server deployment and support expertise, Experience with Exchange Online and enterprise email services, Experience with configuring and managing of the M365 suite including Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams, etc., Knowledge of network configuration and maintenance (CCNA certification or equivalent working experience is a minimum), Experience with Active Directory/Domain services, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), DHCP, DNS, Proficiency in Azure services configuration and management (Azure Administrator certification or equivalent working experience is a minimum), Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills, Strong security focus, Experience in working with third party suppliers, Customer focused approach, Logical analytical thinking, Excellent organizational skills Desirable knowledge/experience: MCSA Certificate, ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation, CCNP/CCIE Certification, Familiarity with Financial Sector Operations, Experience of integration technologies and automation, Experience with management of Cisco Meraki devices, Broad IT knowledge with understanding of server and application services, As our Systems Engineer, we will reward you with: Opportunities for growth and development through coaching and mentoring programmes, Certified trainings, Permanent contract of employment (after 3 months trial period), Hybrid working model with great office location close to West Railway Station, Warsaw or: Fully remote working model for candidates from other regions of Poland Languages: Candidates must have excellent written and spoken English.
