The Role Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our Content Intelligence Solution engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development, AI applications, and managing multidisciplinary software development teams.   Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor one of the engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Engineering Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope.

• AI Application Development: Lead the design and implementation of AI-based solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications with Large Language Models (LLM).

• API and Backend Development: Design and maintain robust API and backend flow.

• Kubernetes: Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

• Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise to ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve team skills and software quality.   Ideal Profile Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in software development with a focus on Python.

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Extensive experience in developing AI applications, including machine learning and natural language processing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and its frameworks.

Strong knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.

Experience with API functionality and backend flows using Kubernetes jobs.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Azure.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with React and other programming languages/technologies.

Certifications in AI/ML, cloud computing, or Kubernetes.
