Join a project in the manufacturing and engineering sector, where advanced solutions combining software and engineering are being developed. The task includes organizing and standardizing software development processes, as well as preparing consistent technical documentation. The project gives a real impact on shaping the documentation culture in the organization and allows building its foundations from scratch.
Your tasks
Develop and organize software lifecycle documentation
Gathering and clarifying requirements together with domain experts
Preparing technical, process and product documentation, including diagrams and algorithm descriptions
Defining the documentation process and the responsibilities of its participants
Selecting and coordinating documentation tools, as well as training teams on best practices
Cyclically improving content and supporting the team in creating clear materials, including from a user interface perspective
Requirements
Min. 4 years of experience in technical documentation or related field
Ability to analyze information, structure it, and tailor content to the audience
Engineering background, physical or general understanding of technical issues, transformer basics also welcome
Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
Fluent use of IT tools (e.g., Office, Git) and openness to new technologies
Communication skills, self-reliance, attention to detail and willingness to build a long-term documentation system
Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language.
