Customer Service Specialist with English Location: Warsaw Your daily tasks: ✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone); ✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management; ✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; ✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner; ✅ Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you? Language: Proficiency in English (C1); Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales; Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills; Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
