Client Service Specialist Location: Warsaw About the Team In our Client Service department you will be part of a team whose task is to contact IQVIA clients in all matters connected to after-sales and service related to products and services under the care of the department.

The Client Service team manages customer expectations and provides business services, products and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

About the Role The role of the Client Service Specialist: - very good and the best in class quality of after-sales service towards clients - preparation and delivery of ordered products and services - long-term business relationships and effective cooperation with clients Key Responsibilities: Ensuring that the provisions of the contracts are fulfilled, and that the delivered product / service complies with the client's requirements.

Defining and updating definitions of databases/datasets for clients, checking their quality and ensuring timely delivery.

Ongoing contacts with clients (including meeting, telephone and e-mail) in all matters connected to after-sales service related to products and services under the care of the department.

Participation in dealing with client complaints according to the appropriate procedure.

Explaining existing and proposing new usage of IQVIA solutions and identifying new business opportunities.

Substantive support and cooperation with clients in the area of data provided, and technical client support in the area of IQVIA software.

Cooperation with other IQVIA departments in the field of customer service, in particular participation in the sales process and sales administration.

Conducting trainings in the use of IQVIA databases for clients and internal employees.

Preparation of analyzes and reports on data and services provided to clients and other companies cooperating with IQVIA.

Representing IQVIA in relation to a selected group of clients and servicing these companies in relations with IQVIA.

Skills, Education and Experience Required: Higher education (minimum Bachelor’s degree).

At least 2 years of B2 B customer service experience (preferred experience in the pharmaceutical market).

Background and working experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.

Extensive knowledge about the mechanisms, practices and standards used in the area of customer service.

Experience in conduction effective meetings, presentations and trainings.

Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to gather information, analyze and propose solutions.

Motivation, accuracy and attention to details.

Highly developed self-organizational skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization.

High capabilities to develop and maintain business relationships in a diverse business environment.

Practical knowledge of the MS Office, including very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access.

Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written) and Polish language (spoken and written).

Additional advantages will be: Knowledge of SQL.

Knowledge about IQVIA products, data and BI tools.
