Job Title: Head of Business Development - Renewable Energy Introduction: Step into a pivotal role with a market-leading company shaping the renewable energy landscape in Poland.

As the Head of Business Development, you'll be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, forging partnerships, and heading up the growth in renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities: Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector for wind, solar and BESS.

Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, technology providers, and industry associations.

Drive the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence, achieve revenue targets, and maximize profitability.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess project feasibility, mitigate risks, and optimize commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Champion innovative approaches and industry best practices to enhance competitiveness, operational efficiency, and sustainability in project development.

Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

An MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development or related roles within the renewable energy industry with an IPP or developer company or similar.

Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks in Poland.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent command of English & Polish.

Additional languages are an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts and business propositions effectively to internal and external audiences.

Willing to travel across Poland.
