about-project :
- As an IAM Engineer, you will join a diverse and international team specializing in IAM technologies, primarily Sail Point Identity IQ. Your role will involve safeguarding our information and assets against unauthorized access, security threats, and cyber attacks.
- This role requires participating in 24-hour on-call duty - one week every month.
responsibilities :
- Contribute to releases and bug fixes within the IAM tool workflow by using Java
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Manage, support, and implement Identity and Access Management solutions, including customizations in Sail Point Identity IQ using Java
- Collaborate with small technical teams, contributing to the end-to-end design of infrastructure solutions while producing and maintaining documentation
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on critical technical issues, helping to define success criteria and evaluate potential solutions and technologies through Proofs of Concept (Po Cs)
- Monitor systems and platforms proactively to manage performance, availability, and capacity
- Respond swiftly to customer requests, resolve escalated incidents, and implement changes while maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Understand, apply, and adhere to ITIL, Gx P, and Project Management principles, including Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Document Management, Qualification and Validation
- Be available for 24x7 on-call support - approximately one week every month
requirements-expected :
- 5 years of experience in the IAM field
- experience with JAVA development
- Proficient in Identity Management methodologies and workflows, with experience in tools such as Sail Point Identity IQ
- Commitment to continuously evolving and maintaining both technical and soft skills relevant to the position
- Experience in a major global organization, preferably within a regulated industry
- Proficiency in English
