RESPONSIBILITIES after 3-6 months onboarding:
You provide support for Level 1 & Level 2
You support integration and troubleshooting in customer environments mostly on Microsoft Tenants.
You are able to process, analyze and solve support requests independently.
You monitor Microsoft infrastructures of various sizes.
You have the opportunity to develop yourself in your daily work and to get to know new problems and solutions.…

TASKS:
Collaborating with end customers and understanding their problem
Knowledge to address problems to the right partner company
Follow the tasks given withing the operational process

TECHNOLOGIES IN USE:

The knowledge of following technologies may be acquired (improved, certified) during 3-6 months onboarding period:
Microsoft AZURE
Microsoft365
Power Shell
Service NOW

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

REQUIREMENTS:
German Language in writing and speaking (min B2/C1)
Willing to relocate to Germany or Switzerland
Technical College with IT profile or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Telecommunication

️ Nice to have:

Knowledge of at least one of the following technologies:
Distributed Systems, Telecommunications protocols
Certificates: MS-100, AZ-900, MS-700, ITIL3 or ITIL/4
