- We are currently looking for an experienced Slack Software Engineer who is fluent in both German and English to join our team. This position is primarily remote and will involve the management, configuration, and support of Slack workspaces for a leading client in the automotive and software industry. You will be integral in ensuring smooth operation and functionality for our users, playing a vital role in daily management, troubleshooting, and system integration.
responsibilities :
- Oversee the setup and configuration of Slack workspaces, ensuring proper optimization for the client’s needs.
- Handle user management, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage permissions and access controls, ensuring role assignments and access levels are correctly configured.
- Take charge of channel management, from creation to continuous maintenance, including connecting relevant channels.
- Administer and manage Slack apps and integrations, including ensuring smooth integration processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues such as connectivity, notifications, 2 FA, Cloud IDP, messaging, and search functionality.
- Address any integration failures and resolve related technical issues efficiently.

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Fluent German is essential.
- Proficiency in English.
