Senior Java Developer with Cloud - Bydgoszcz
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our Digital Competency Center. We are searching for a curious and open-minded person interested in new opportunities.
In addition to our customers' dynamic and international environment, the internal support of our Digital Competency Center ensures a wide range of development possibilities. Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, developing, coding, and debugging software solutions in order to improve customer’s core business processes.
- Problem-solving or assisting in problem-solving in both development and production environments.
- Assuring code quality and adherence to coding standards in projects.
- Cooperating with global staff to better understand customer's requirements and needs.
- Acting as our customer's consultant – helping out in solving complicated issues.
- Proactively suggesting improvements to existing functionalities.
- Assisting in the development of technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java 8+ programming, with solid expertise in Spring Boot.
- Proven experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Good knowledge of Kafka and its integration with modern systems.
- Ability to deliver high-quality code and take responsibility for the entire code lifecycle.
- An academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Innovative, problem-solving mindset, with a can-do attitude and open-mindedness in challenging situations.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model in one of the selected cities.
