We are seeking a seasoned, strategic-minded Staff Engineer to join our dynamic team as an influential individual contributor. What you will be doing on this role:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align technical initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Design, build, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions with a focus on high performance.
- Lead complex technical projects, delivering innovative software solutions that drive business results.
- Work on designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services to extend enterprise solutions.
- Utilize modern AI tools and services to enhance product offerings and operations
Key Skills and Experience:
- Expert-level proficiency in Type Script , with extensive experience in React.
- Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience in designing RESTful APIs and webhooks.
- Solid working knowledge of relational databases like My SQL , Postgre SQL , or MS SQL Server .
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and services (e.g., Open AI, Anthropic, Vercel AI SDK).
- Experience leading complex technical projects and delivering scalable, robust solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic foresight in aligning technology with business needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in engaging with executive leadership
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel .
- Experience with Python .
- Experience with integrating and extending enterprise business solutions like Microsoft O365/Graph APIs and Salesforce .
