Position: PYP Elementary Teacher - Lower Grades
Division: Elementary School
Reports to: ES Principal
Contract: full time, starting school year 2026/2027
Basic Qualifications And Requirements
Teaching certification from an accredited institution and a minimum two years of experience in the given field.
PYP experience at this level (Lower Elementary experience highly preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of the grade-level content.
Demonstrated understanding of the school curriculum.
Awareness of child development and student learning needs.
Willingness and ability to work on professional teams.
Ability to be adaptable and flexible.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Ability to use job-related technology and software applications, especially Google Docs and Power School.
Expressed interest and enthusiasm for the opportunity to work with children.
Positive and collaborative member of the school community in all interactions with colleagues and students.
Inclusive approach to education and a demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
