Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align product solutions with business needs. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to develop training and support materials. Measure product performance and optimize based on data and user feedback. Product Development Develop detailed product requirements with the product owner. Work with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers in an agile environment. Manage stakeholder engagement, validate concepts, and optimize development. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch. Evaluate competitors to ensure market leadership. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years in product, tech, consulting, or analytics roles. Strong communication, project, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in developing product strategies and working in agile environments. Understanding of the Data Lifecycle and KPI measurement. Proficiency in SQL (basic to intermediate). Excellent English communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in data analysis, machine learning, or related fields. Experience with Azure, CI/CD, Jira, and Confluence. Background in FMCG or commerce.
