Associate Logistic Operations Partner Workplace: Kraków Region: Małopolskie Reports to: Customer Experience Team Leader We are looking for a Logistic Operations Partner to join one of our international teams.
This is an entry-level role in which you will be responsible for organising inbound and outbound transport according to customers' requirements.
You will be responsible for tracking the material movement between loading places, warehouses and unloading places, cooperating closely with Vesuvius' Customer Service team and forwarders.

Responsibilities: Logistics Operations: Execute daily logistics activities, including inventory management, shipment tracking, and process optimization.
Data Management: Maintain accuracy in data entry, manage inventory levels, and analyse logistics data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in warehouse and transportation operations.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve logistics issues, such as stock discrepancies, with a proactive approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to streamline logistics workflows and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Leadership Development: Mentor junior colleagues, contribute to team goals, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and operations.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational enhancement and implement small-scale improvements to optimize workflows.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Foundational understanding of logistics operations and tools - preferred Experience in inventory management, data analysis, and team collaboration – preferred Skills: Proficiency in logistics tools such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transport Management Systems) - preferred Familiarity with data reporting tools and inventory management systems - preferred Behavioral Attributes: Strong attention to detail and accountability.
