The successful candidate will provide intermediate-level support for our Ivanti and Citrix environments, ensuring their stability, security, and efficiency. This role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, maintenance, and collaboration with L3 administrators and other IT teams to optimize system performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Ivanti Management Suite, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, and related solutions. Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles within the Ivanti system. Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance. Provide L2 support for Ivanti-related incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot and resolve moderate Ivanti system issues, including software distribution, patch management, and endpoint security. Escalate complex issues to L3 administrators or vendors as necessary. Assist in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti modules and components. Implement and manage software packages, patches, and updates using Ivanti tools. Monitor deployment activities to ensure successful completion and compliance with IT policies. Utilize monitoring tools to track performance and health of Ivanti environments. Generate and review reports on system performance, incidents, and compliance. Develop and maintain documentation related to Ivanti administration. Collaborate with L3 administrators and other IT teams on cross-functional issues and projects. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on Ivanti-related topics. Citrix Responsibilities: Design, install, configure, and maintain the Citrix infrastructure, including Xen App, Xen Desktop, Citrix ADC (Net Scaler), and Citrix Cloud. Perform upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks for Citrix components. Monitor Citrix infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability. Implement and manage Citrix policies, profiles, and applications. Provide L3 support for Citrix-related incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot complex Citrix environment issues, including performance, connectivity, and configuration problems. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues impacting Citrix services. Ensure Citrix infrastructure complies with security policies and industry best practices. Perform regular security assessments and implement necessary controls to protect Citrix environments. Manage user access and permissions within Citrix environments. Analyze Citrix environment performance and implement tuning and optimization strategies. Use monitoring tools to track system performance and identify potential bottlenecks. Recommend and implement enhancements to improve end-user experience and system efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation of Citrix infrastructure, configurations, and processes. Prepare regular reports on Citrix performance, incidents, and changes. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for Citrix management. Lead or participate in Citrix-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new deployments. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in Citrix and Ivanti administration. Hands-on experience with Ivanti Management Suite, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, Appsense, and FSLogix. Strong knowledge of Citrix Xen App, Xen Desktop, Net Scaler (Citrix ADC), and Citrix Cloud. Experience in software distribution, patch management, and endpoint security. Proficiency in monitoring tools and system performance optimization. Strong troubleshooting skills with Citrix and Ivanti environments. Experience in security assessments and ensuring compliance with IT policies. Familiarity with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Power Shell scripting. Ability to collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders on projects and issue resolution. Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CCP-V (Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization), CCA-V (Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization), or Ivanti Certified Professional. Experience with automation and scripting for Citrix and Ivanti environments. Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and hybrid environments.
