Job Opportunity: Technical Business Analyst Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements for infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency, and supporting delivery teams. Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to define and document API integration requirements. Document technical processes and identify gaps. Create test cases and support migration planning. Work closely with delivery teams to monitor progress and clarify requirements. What You Need to Succeed: Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience with process flow mapping and gap analysis. Ability to create and refine user stories, support UAT, and analyze operational impacts. Good communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Team player with the ability to work autonomously. Experience and Skills: IT Service/Management certification is a plus. Experience in Agile and end-to-end project lifecycles. Familiarity with infrastructure or large-scale projects.
