Role Mission
We are looking for a driven sales professional to spearhead our global expansion by acquiring
strategic clients primarily in international markets
(80% focus on EU and global markets, 20% Poland). You will be responsible for building a strong international sales pipeline, driving the adoption of our cutting‑edge 5 G technology in new markets, and establishing IS-Wireless as a global leader in resilient connectivity solutions.
Key Challenges & Responsibilities
Acquire strategic clients primarily in international markets (EU and beyond), including large industrial companies, government entities, ministries, and defense sector companies.
Conduct consultative sales of IS-Wireless technology and products.
Educate clients and build long‑term business relationships.
Collaborate on product development based on market feedback.
Actively participate in industry events and build an expert image.
Skills & Experience (Must‑Have)
5+ years of experience in B2 B technology sales (e.g., IT, cloud, Saa S, deeptech).
Experience working with international clients.
Fluent in English (presentations, negotiations).
Ability to effectively source leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Experience in long, complex sales processes (6–18 months).
Ability to prepare business cases and ROI analyses.
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in selling innovative, first‑of‑its‑kind products.
Knowledge of the telecommunications/5 G industry.
Experience with ORAN, Kubernetes, or military tech solutions.
