emagine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Scientist Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in data science, machine learning, and a strong proficiency in programming with Python. We require a consultant who can effectively bridge the gap between technical data solutions and actionable business outcomes, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier advice and implementation support. Full-time availability is preferred, and remote work is accepted with occasional onsite visits.



Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science.

7-10 + years of experience as a Data Scientist, with proven expertise in machine learning.

~ Solid proficiency in Python and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., Experience designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning solutions.

~ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

~ Strong understanding of statistics and mathematics in the context of model development.

~ Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

~ Fluency in Polish is essential.

~ Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques.

Additional programming skills in R, SQL, Java, etc.

Experience with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark.
