As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead end-to-end hiring processes for technical and commercial positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers from job opening to onboarding, including external sourcing, active candidate sourcing, and pipeline management. You should have experience hiring for both commercial and technical roles, with a strong understanding of aligning hiring strategies with business goals. You will work in an international environment, partnering with global business leaders to attract top talent across Europe and Asia. You aim to provide an exceptional experience for hiring teams and candidates, making a significant impact on our growth and success. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers. Partner with hiring managers to develop talent pipelines and recruitment strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Innovate sourcing channels to attract top talent. Use data insights and ATS (Spark/Comeet) to enhance hiring decisions. Train and advise managers on recruitment best practices. Coordinate interviews and staffing needs with hiring managers. Support onboarding activities, including pre-boarding and first-day preparations. Handle local HR logistics and support team-building activities and internal events. Serve as a local HR/admin contact for queries and requests. Requirements3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, recruiting for local and global roles in the tech industry, especially in European and Asian markets. Proficiency in behavioral interviews. Experience building talent pipelines via Linked In and other channels. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Support HR/admin tasks in a fast-paced environment, based in Warsaw. Proactive, results-oriented, detail-focused, and self-motivated. Fluent in English (C1) and communicative Polish (A2-B1). Work Format: Hybrid, 3 days/week in the office.
