We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Business Analyst who will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our Gen AI applications align with organizational goals and deliver maximum value. A key aspect of this role is to be proficient in prompt engineering or demonstrate a willingness and ability to quickly learn this essential skill.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements for developers
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of the organization
• Exhibit strong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about Generative AI and its applications
• Research the latest Gen-AI trends, tools, and technologies
• Identify opportunities to integrate Gen-AI capabilities into Conversational AI products
• Participate in relevant training programs, workshops, and conferences.
• Share insights and knowledge with the broader team to foster a culture of continuous learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication both in Polish and English
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and technologies, and cloud-based platforms
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis tools and techniques
