Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performance engineering team Design and implement complex distributed systems Manage team backlog, review code, and mentor team members Contribute to all phases of software development: design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting Collaborate with industry teams and open source communities Qualifications Proven leadership in software engineering Experience with Go and Python Knowledge of distributed systems, container tech, and Kubernetes Understanding of security and performance in software/infrastructure Experience with large-scale systems and IAM technologies (desirable but not essential)Strong academic background and excellent communication skills Location This role is remote, based in the EMEA or AMER regions.
