RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive positive employee experience by understanding the unique employee needs within each country across the EMEA region Oversee the delivery of a wide range of HR services, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compensation administration, employee relations, HR policy interpretation, and employee self-service support.
Drive an empowered and high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and service delivery.
Establish and manage productivity and performance through SLAs and KPIs; evaluate metrics with leadership and implement improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sustainable solutions and deliver operational efficiencies by identifying constraints within the service delivery, understanding upstream and downstream impacts, and root cause analysis leveraging data analytics.
Identify variances in processes across Operating Companies and countries; bring forward solutions to standardize and simplify to drive a consistent experience for employees.
Support complex issue resolution by working cross-functionally across subject matter experts outside of HR Shared Services (i.e., Technology, Total Rewards, Talent, and Employee Relations delivery and COE teams).
Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance service delivery.
Understand business needs, to include volume spikes and ad hoc business requirements, to build cross-functional skill sets across the team.
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE: Cross-cultural experience gained from leading large teams in culturally diverse and hybrid environments.
Experience in leading teams that support employees across multiple countries.
Strong knowledge and understanding of shared services industry trends tied to location strategy, technology solutions, and process optimization.
Experience and focus on continuous improvement leveraging CI methodologies (like Six Sigma or Fortive Business Solutions) Experience and knowledge in HR processes across the hire-to-retire employee journey and understanding data privacy requirements or principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and data privacy requirements.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with flexibility and prioritize effectively.
Effectively leveraged robust data sets and KPIs to identify constraints and displayed problem-solving skills to deliver sustainable and systematic solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within HR operations.
5 + years of experience working in Core HR systems and Shared Service technology solutions.
Knowledge in EMEA regulatory requirements with a keen focus on staying up to date on regional labor laws.
Must be proficient in English; preferred language capabilities: German, Dutch, French or Polish.
This role can be performed either remotely or on-site.
