What You Will Be Doing
Sourcing Process Management
Provide strategic guidance on sourcing events, including auctions and RFx processes.
Develop and maintain best-in-class templates and tools to support sourcing activities.
Lead efforts to monitor and evaluate sourcing performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.
Drive process improvements in sourcing activities, including auctions and RFx processes.
Proactively approaching the buyer community with value creation ideas – propose sourcing strategy as well as guiding them through the e-sourcing process.
Develop standardized tools, templates, and best practices to optimize sourcing outcomes.
Lead performance monitoring and corrective action implementation to drive measurable results.
Strategic Oversight
Analyze system usage and user feedback to recommend and implement enhancements.
Drive the integration of new technologies and methodologies to optimize sourcing and procurement processes.
Develop and execute process strategies to optimize SAP Ariba functionality and user adoption.
Champion the integration of new tools and methodologies that improve procurement processes.
Leadership and Team Development
Act as the key liaison between regional users, IT teams and global leadership to align goals and address challenges.
Represent the Purchasing & Transportation Excellence (PTX) team in regional and global forums.
Lead initiatives to build cross-functional alignment for procurement system strategies.
Advanced User Support
Oversee the resolution of escalated system issues and guide the team in troubleshooting complex challenges.
Ensure effective knowledge transfer and user training on SAP Ariba and related systems.
Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive training materials and resources.
Oversee complex issue resolution and escalations, ensuring consistent and effective user support.
Lead the development and delivery of advanced training materials for global users in collaboration with the central GPO team.
Champion knowledge transfer and the continuous upskilling of procurement teams globally
Supplier Enablement and Engagement
Help users understand the Supplier Enablement basics
Escalate issues that require support from the Supplier Enablement team
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or related roles (years spent in managerial position is a nice to have)
Demonstrated expertise in SAP Ariba systems and indirect procurement processes.
Fluent in English (oral & written)
Advanced computer skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with strategic mindset for planning and process optimization.
