Overview
Head of Design for Embedded Agreements at Panda Doc, lead vision, strategy, and execution across e‑signature and embedded workflows to make signing and compliance effortless for businesses.
Responsibilities
Lead design initiatives that streamline revenue workflows.
Work with product and engineering leadership, take a customer‑centric approach to bridge revenue process challenges, user needs, and technical execution, champion solutions that help small businesses close deals faster and get paid sooner.
Provide mentorship to the Embedded Agreements design team.
Push the team’s growth and development, maintain high performance, handle organizational design, hiring, team culture, design processes, and coordinate design reviews.
Design sense and execution.
Own overall design quality and output, dive deeply into solutions, create intuitive and simple experiences, and ensure every interaction feels seamless.
Work closely with other leaders and key team members.
Collaborate with UX Research, Revenue teams, and engineers to ship solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of product design experience.
Ideally from B2 B Saa S companies with an emphasis on design, customer success, and retention.
Excellent leadership skills, 3+ years people‑management experience.
Proven hiring and mentoring track record.
Strong view of good design.
Detail‑conscious, articulate, balances bold product ideas with user satisfaction, and uses data.
Customer‑centric mindset.
Deeply motivated to improve user experience.
Communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to convince, influence, and inspire audiences at all levels.
Ability to flourish in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change.
Advanced verbal and written English skills.
