Supply Chain Transformation Manager (fixed term 2-year contract)
Purpose of the role:
As a Supply Chain Transformation Manager in the Global Supply Chain team, you will be driving various cross-functional initiatives mainly focusing on Global Supply Chain enhancements. In this role you will consequently be involved in, and are expected to proactively drive, functional and cross-functional business improvements as well as manage larger projects, working with senior management of Oriflame.
What will you do?
Optimization of distribution network incl. tendering and outsourcing projects of large-scale warehouse operations
Drive savings and efficiencies within Supply Chain area and ensuring projects feasibility
Leading outsource projects incl. warehouse setup and warehouse management system implementation
Improvement of Delivery Experience across whole customer journey
Defining projects scope, objectives, project plan and risk analysis with on-time execution within budget
Developing efficient internal communication plan with the project team, project stakeholders, vendors and organization awareness
Track and measure project performance
In the future, other Supply Chain areas will be addressed as well
Your background and your qualifications:
7+ years of experience within Supply Chain incl. logistics tendering outsourcing projects and change of logistics infrastructure like warehouse relocations
3+ years of Project Management experience
University degree (Supply Chain or Management degree is an asset)
Experience in managing international project teams (including remotely located)
Experience with internal and external stakeholders management
Experience with a range of project budgets
Fluent in English, verbal and written form
Ability to work in a multicultural and cross functional environment
Open for international travel at least few times per a year
