Job Title: Business Analyst for Concur
Location: Cracow, Poland
The Global Concur Application Owner supports the end-to-end lifecycle of Galderma’s global Travel & Expense (T&E) platform powered by SAP Concur. This includes collaborating closely with the Global IT Manager for Source-to-Pay Services and the Business Process Owner (BPO) to shape the long-term roadmap, while leading technical execution and driving adoption across functions and geographies. The role will ensure ongoing operational stability, coordinate future rollouts, and supervise support and vendor teams to ensure Concur continues to meet evolving business needs globally.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary IT point of contact for Concur, collaborating with the global process owner to identify new needs
Drive demand intake, translate requirements into technical and functional roadmaps
Lead gap analyses and solution assessments for upcoming markets or functions
Collaborate with process owners to align solution configuration with policy and compliance requirements
Plan & Prioritize
Support the definition of the Concur roadmap including market expansions, feature rollouts, and regulatory updates
Support the definition of implementation timelines and manage resources including internal IT, system integrators, and business stakeholders
Own vendor relationships with SAP Concur and system integrators, escalating issues and aligning on releases
Design, Deploy, Run
Lead or support rollout projects in new countries, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in
Supervise Level 2/3 support, ensuring SLAs are met and root causes are addressed proactively
Ensure end-to-end integrity of integrations with ERPs (e.g., M3, i Scala, Oracle), HR, and corporate card platforms
Partner with the support team to optimize configurations and automate manual processes
Ensure global consistency while supporting necessary localization
Governance & Value
Maintain application documentation, configuration repositories, and compliance controls
Partner with Internal Audit and Compliance to enforce T&E policies via system rules
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and operational KPIs
Measure and communicate value creation from platform enhancements, usage optimization, and user enablement
Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years in an IT Application Owner or Business Analyst role, with a focus on SAP Concur
Experience managing enterprise-grade Saa S applications and multi-country rollouts
Demonstrated success working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across geographies
Familiarity with ERP integration (i Scala, M3, Oracle) and middleware platforms (Boomi, Blue Way)
Knowledge of T&E processes
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and documentation skills, problem-solving mindset with focus on root cause, not just symptom resolution
