Team Lead SSC (. NET8)
We are looking for a Team Lead with management experience to help manage and grow our SSC in Poznan. You will be
responsible for a team of C# developers who are working in close cooperation with colleagues from our HQ in Germany.
Tech Stack:. NET 8, EF Core, WPF, Blazor, gitlab, MS SQL, Snowflake
Tasks:- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in our shared service center
- Oversee the delivery of technical services related to C#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Identify problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions
- Drive operational performance and service excellence within the shared service team
- Monitor team performance against defined performance and quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in technical leadership or management roles
- Strong expertise in C#
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
