If you’re an accomplished sales leader with fintech or e-commerce experience and a passion for driving growth — we want to talk to you!About the role: We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Lead to lead direct sales efforts in your assigned region (e.g., PL/CZ/SK/DE or Baltics/Nordics). You will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, managing key sales initiatives, and mentoring junior sales colleagues in your region. Your role will focus on driving new business in the e-commerce space and related verticals, supported by internal functions such as Risk, Legal, and Operations. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in direct sales / business development in fintech, payments, or e-commerce Proven track record of closing high-value deals with digital merchants (preferably international ones)Experience in managing a sales pipeline, working with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot) and forecasting Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing models, Gross Profit, and key sales metrics Fluency in English (C1+) and preferably one additional local language Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills Willingness to travel for client meetings and events Nice to have: Experience in leading a regional team or mentoring junior salespeople Familiarity with acquiring, payment gateways, card schemes (VISA, Mastercard), and digital wallets Knowledge of Saa S or platform-based sales models in digital commerce Responsibilities Taking full responsibility for thesales pipeline and quarterly targets in your assigned region Identifying, qualifying, and closing high-potential e-commerce merchants and digital platforms Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Payments, etc.)Leading commercial negotiations and preparing tailored offers with the support of the Sales Ops and Product teams Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and integration Representing ZEN.
