Requirements Proven work experience in a marketing agency.

Experience in traffic management or similar.

Strong project management skills.

Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel).

Experience with project management tools (JIRA experience preferred).

Expert command of analytical tools.

Attention to detail.

Good organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask.

Very good written and verbal English (B2+ level).

Responsibilities Allocate resources and tasks to multiple teams and businesses, based on their availability and priorities.

Daily resource management for the production group (Web Publisher, Web Developer, QA).

Supervise project resources and assist in resource booking management.

Daily communication regarding workloads and project status with team heads.

Lead and coordinate regular production meetings and status updates with team heads.

Support in building and improving effective traffic processes & monitoring systems.

Monitor status across multiple projects and ensure all parties are informed of progress and resource availability.

Organize taskforce resources if any ad hoc projects arise.
