About the Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our fast-moving Paa S (Platform-as-a-Service) Customer Delivery team in Warsaw. In this role, you won’t just make things look good - you’ll make our platform intuitive, accessible, and adaptable across a wide variety of customer use cases.
You’ll design customer-facing workflows, help refine complex configuration screens, and collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and delivery managers to bring product experiences to life. From clickable prototypes to design handoff, you’ll ensure that everything we build is deeply usable and thoughtfully crafted.

Responsibilities
Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.
Design responsive UIs that support platform configurations and client-specific extensions.
Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and usability across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design feasibility and adjust based on feedback.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
Support user research and usability testing efforts where applicable.
Ensure smooth design-to-development handoff with clear specs and assets.
Required
2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications or Saa S products.
Strong portfolio showcasing interactive design work and UX problem-solving.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and interaction design principles.
Ability to balance user needs with technical feasibility.
Preferred
Familiarity with design tokens, component-based systems, and design ops.
Exposure to frontend development workflows and tools (nice to have, not required).
Comfortable working in agile teams alongside engineers and product managers.
